These terms set out the agreement between you (the client) and Pagehaus (operated by Sam, UK-based) for designing and building your website. By submitting the start form and paying, you accept these terms.
I aim to deliver your website live within 7 days. The 7-day clock starts only once your brief, assets, and payment have all been received. Delays caused by missing content from your side may extend the timeline.
Each build includes one consolidated revision round within the 7-day window. For one-time clients, post-launch changes are £29 each with a 48-hour turnaround. Monthly clients receive unlimited small changes (text, images, prices, hours) while subscribed. Redesigns, new page templates, and new features are quoted separately.
If the Day-5 preview is not approved and you choose not to proceed, I will refund your payment and delete the build. Once a site has gone live and been accepted, the build fee is non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; you keep the live site but ongoing changes stop at the end of the paid month.
On launch, you own the domain and the website content you provide. You may move your site to another provider at any time. I retain the right to feature completed builds in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.
Pagehaus provides the website on an "as is" basis. I am not liable for downtime, data loss, or issues caused by third-party hosting, domain registrars, or your own use of the site. My maximum liability for any single build is limited to the amount you paid me for that build.
