Who I am

Pagehaus is a UK-based web design service run by Sam, operating from the United Kingdom. This page explains what data I collect when you use my website and order a build, and what I do with it.

What I collect

• Enquiry details. When you submit the start form I record your name, email address, business name, any existing website you mention, and your chosen package (one-time or monthly).
• Project content. To build your site you may send logos, photos, copy, and access to your domain or social accounts. I only use these to complete your build.
• Payment details. Payments are handled by my payment provider; I never see or store your full card number. I keep an invoice or receipt record of what was paid.
• Technical data. Standard server logs and analytics may record your browser type, pages visited, and approximate location to help me improve the site.

How I use your data

• To respond to your enquiry and deliver your website.
• To process payments and keep tax records.
• To provide ongoing changes for monthly clients.
• To email you about your project. No marketing lists.

Who sees it

Only Sam handles your data. I use a managed cloud database to store enquiries securely, and a payment provider to take money. I do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing. I may pass the minimum needed to a domain registrar or hosting provider solely to set up your website.

How long I keep it

Enquiry and project records are kept while your site is active and for up to six years afterwards for tax and record-keeping purposes. You can ask me to delete your personal data at any time (see below).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To make a request, email hello@pagehaus.co.uk. I respond within 30 days.

This site uses only essential and anonymous analytics cookies to understand how visitors use it. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
